How do I log in?

Here’s the login process

Do you have my old yearbook?

Not if it’s before 2014. We only provide current yearbooks.

Can I share my code?

No. Access codes are single use and cannot be shared.

Can I download a copy if I’m not in the yearbook?

No. We keep the yearbook private to the staff & students in the school.

Does this work on laptops or desktop computers?

For the most part, no, but stay tuned! Newest version of some computers may allow apps on the computer and iphones can stream to smart TVs. Also, please see our statement on Chromebooks.

What if my yearbook pages are all blank?

Most likely there isn’t enough room left (usually 200-400 MBs) on your device for the download. Check here:

iPhone/iPad Settings>General>iPhone

Android: Settings>Device Care>Storage

Contact support from the bottom of the opening screen of the app.

Where do I get a code to download my yearbook?

Only from your school. When schools sign up for FC Yearbook, they receive and manage all student codes. Once schools receive student codes, FC Yearbook no longer has access to them.

What if I lose my phone or buy a new one?

Your digital yearbook — with all sent and received signatures, stickers and videos — is saved in your FC Yearbook account. Simply log back in to the FC Yearbook app to download your saved yearbook on your new device.

What if I forget my password?

Click “Forgot Password” in the FC Yearbook app. Enter your username and the email on file for that account will be notified.

What if I don’t have access to my sign-up email anymore?

Yikes, that’s a problem, but a fix is coming soon. In the meantime, contact FC Yearbook Support at the bottom of the opening screen in the app.

What if my device doesn’t have an email account on it?

Contact us through the (?) Support button on the bottom of this page. Provide a real email address where we can contact you.

I’m a yearbook advisor. Do I need to give everyone a code for the digital yearbook?

No, but the cost of publishing your yearbook digitally is based on the number of individual portraits in the yearbook — not the pages.

I’m a yearbook advisor. Do we have to buy print yearbooks or can we just be digital?

Your school can be digital-only. A print purchase is not necessary. If you go all digital, families who choose to can still order a print book delivered to their home through the FC Yearbook app.

I’m a yearbook advisor. Do we have to buy digital yearbooks or can we just get printed books like we always do?

Yes, you may choose print, only, but it’s twice as fun to get print and digital, together! Note: We cannot promise our lowest pricing on print-only orders.
